David Silk - Director
David has an Engineering background plus experience in Operational roles at Managerial level and Director level, covering machinery Installation, Line management and High Bay Warehouse Design and Construction.

John Wright - Director
John has a Marketing and Sales background. He has detailed knowledge of the Coldseal Machines and their various applications, especially areas where these can be modified to suit specific design requirements.

Angelika Adang - Office Manager
Angelika has worked for A&W Ltd for 9 years and has been integral to the companies expansion into Europe. Angelika is fluent in German and can be contacted directly should the customer prefer to converse in German. Other responsiblities are all Overseas and Office functions, including finance.

Frances Smith - Customer Service Manager
Frances joined the workforce from Barclays Asset Finance. Her experience in equipment leasing has helped with a number of customers. Frances and her staff are responsible for customer liaison and direct sales queries, along with timely ordering and delivery of Coldseal Materials from the factory to the customer.
